A chemistry teacher diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer turns to manufacturing and selling methamphetamine with a former student to secure his family’s future. Celebrate the fan-favorite series “Breaking Bad” by revisiting some of its most memorable scenes. Jesse Pinkman was originally scheduled to be written out in the ninth episode. During a hiatus caused by the writers’ strike, creator Vince Gilligan, impressed by Aaron Paul’s portrayal of Jesse and the fact that everyone simply loved Paul, decided to revive the character and put Jesse’s fate in the hands of another character in the season one finale. . In the opening credits, the letters in the names of the cast and crew are highlighted in green to represent chemical element symbols. However, the “Ch” in Michael Slovis’ name was highlighted in several early episodes, even though Ch is not a chemical element symbol. In later episodes, only the “C” (for carbon) is highlighted.
