A live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1937 animated film ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’. Following comments from Peter Dinklage claiming that the original film portrayed the dwarfs negatively, Disney announced on January 25, 2022 that it would be re-imagining the characters while consulting with members of the dwarfism community. Many fans of the original, including Dylan Postl, have pointed out that many of Dinklage’s observations were incorrect. For one, he said that the dwarfs did not live in a cave.
